Jinsang

 

'Jinsang' has low amylose and protein contents and it shows a high value in the Toyo taste type meter. 'Jinsang' is a high quality rice variety especially the taste with nice texture.

'Gahyangchal' is a glutinous rice with abundant flavor. You can mix some amount of 'Gahyangchal' when you cook your rice or you can make rice cake with 'Gahyangchal' powder. The rice aroma will add quality of the taste and a slow aging process of this rice will keep well its taste characteristics.

Golden Queen Ⅲ

‘Golden Queen Ⅲ’  has the delicate scent like coming out from a traditional rice cauldron. It is a high-quality rice with a nice taste, flavor, and texture as it is low-amylose rice. The slow aging process keeps well the taste, fragrance, and shape  even over 12 hours after the cooking.

Hyowon V

This rice is non-glutinous with a tasty flavour.

It is a great choice for your daily rice, and 'Tdeokguk' rice cakes - the traditional rice cake soup.
